What this covers

The TruMac applications, website, and their contents — including the source code, design, text, graphics, the TruMac name and logo, and the adjustment data and multipliers — are owned by TruMac or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (food logs, recipes, photos). This notice covers TruMac's own materials, not yours. See the Terms of Service for how your content is handled.

Trademarks

“TruMac” and the TruMac logo are trademarks of TruMac. You may not use them without prior written permission. Other product and company names referenced in the app belong to their respective owners.

Permitted use

You may use the TruMac app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes under the Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material in TruMac infringes your copyright, email support@gravity-church.com with:

Your contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
Identification of the material in question and where it appears in TruMac.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
